Saddle up for a weekend of movement, connection, and wide-open possibility—where yoga meets cowgirl spirit, and every moment is a breath of fresh air! Join in on the fun May 23rd - 25th, 2025.

Friday - Settle In & Welcome

Arrive early to explore the charming town of Smithers, set up camp, and enjoy some downtime.

Glenwood Hall will be open—make yourself at home! Washrooms with sinks are available, but no showers.

4:00 PM – Welcome Reception & Introductory Conversation

Gather in the cozy comfort of the Hall.
-
Mocktails will be served—feel free to bring your favorite drink.
-
Gentle yoga practice to shake off the dust from the road.

Introduction to the Cowgirl's Friend Hat Bar where you'll create your own custom cowgirl hat over the course of the weekend

6:30 PM – Farm-to-Table Dinner

Crafted by Joan of Sweet & Savoury Culinary Creations—expect fresh, seasonal, and nutrient-dense dishes with a unique twist.

Evening Bonfire (Weather Dependent)

If conditions allow, we’ll gather ‘round the fire for stories, music, and connection.

Saturday – Move, Breathe & Rope In Connection

7:00 AM – Rise & Shine

Kickstart the morning with healthy smoothies, cowboy coffee, tea, and a light snack.

8:00 AM – Yoga & Meditation Workshop

2.5-hour session led by Naomi:
-
Energizing flow with hip openers, core strengtheners, and balance postures.

Grounding & energizing breathwork.
-
Time for meditation and reflection.

11:00 AM – Hearty Brunch

1:00 PM – Roping Rewarding Relationships Playshop

Trade in your yoga wear for cowgirl gear and head to the outdoor arena at the Shorter Ranch (just a few minutes walk from the Hall).

Join Carley Egenolf & Naomi for an afternoon of connection, presence and horsemanship-inspired learning, laughter and fun.

Wrap up around 5:00 PM with a little free time to freshen up and unwind.

Yin Yoga, Facial Exercises, Massage Techniques & Sound Bath with crystal bowls and the soothing voice of Sonya Black.

Sunday – Heart Openers & Farewell Ride

Smoothies, hot bevvies, and a light snack.

Yoga & Closing Circle

Heart-opening poses, backbends, and a guided meditation to seal the weekend.

Optional Afternoon Activities

Trail Ride: For those heading out on horseback, meet at Mountain View Adventures for a 2-hour trail ride through the stunning Driftwood Hills.

Hiking: If there’s interest, we may also organize a scenic hike to explore more of the breathtaking local trails.
