Product Returns & Refunds
We’re confident you’re going to love your Cowgirl’s Friend products. But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. You may return any unused or gently used product for a full refund to your original payment method or exchange it for another item.
How to Make a Return
1. Start your return
Email us at support@cowgirlsfriend.ca with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
2. Pack your item
Place the item(s) securely in their original packaging whenever possible.
3. Ship it by Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx or UPS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up
Orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post or courier and typically arrive within 3–12 business days after your order has been processed.
Need it sooner? Expedited shipping is available to most Canadian destinations for an additional charge, with delivery typically within 2–8 business days.
Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any applicable customs, import duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays). If an item is temporarily out of stock or a shipping delay occurs, we'll contact you promptly with an estimated shipping date.
Local Delivery & Farm Pick-Up
We proudly offer free local delivery within Smithers and Telkwa, as well as farm pick-up. Simply enter your address at checkout and select either the Delivery or Farm Pick-Up option.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please include any delivery instructions at checkout (front door, side entrance, mailbox, etc.) to help ensure safe delivery. While we do our best to ensure every order is delivered safely, Cowgirl's Friend is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
Pick-up is available at our farm located at 5009 Gilbert Road, Driftwood, BC. Once you've placed your order, please call, email or leave a note with your preferred pick-up day and time. Whenever possible, we ask that pick-ups be scheduled during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.).
